Transit times
What are the transit times to Europe?
They depend on the country and on the type of service — express or standard. Here are the indicative transit times for the routes we serve regularly:

How quickly is loading arranged?
Once the quote is confirmed, transport is arranged within 24 hours; for groupage consignments — within 24–48 hours.
Prices
What does the price include?
The price covers door-to-door transport. Additional services, such as customs clearance, are charged separately. More about pallet consignments.
How much does it cost to transport one pallet within Bulgaria?
For domestic transport between warehouses the price starts from BGN 39 excluding VAT. For collection and delivery to an address with a tail lift it goes up to BGN 69. See the Sofia–Plovdiv prices.
Are there discounts for more pallets?
Yes — for 3 or more pallets the price is better. Send us an enquiry for a specific quote.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No — we can transport even a single pallet.
Cargo and pallets
How tall can a pallet be?
Up to 200 cm in total, including the pallet. For taller consignments we prepare an individual solution. How to prepare a pallet.
What is groupage transport and when is it worthwhile?
In groupage, several consignments from different shippers are combined in one truck. It is worthwhile when you are sending less than a full truck load — under 34 pallets or 24 tonnes — and are looking for a lower price without compromising on safety. Groupage transport in detail.
What is a tail lift?
A special platform for loading and unloading without a ramp or forklift. Suitable for shops and offices.
Is ADR or refrigerated transport possible?

Documents and CMR
What documents do I need to prepare for the consignment?
Usually the customer provides an invoice or a list of the goods. For international transport a CMR consignment note is also issued.
What is a CMR consignment note?
CMR is an international convention governing contracts for the carriage of goods by road between countries. It was introduced in 1956 and has applied in Bulgaria since 1978. It standardises the rights and responsibilities of carriers, shippers and consignees. Everything about CMR.

Tracking and insurance
Can I track my consignment?
Yes — through our transport management system (TMS) you can track your consignment in real time.
Can I insure my consignment?
Yes, we offer insurance for an additional fee. Mention it in your enquiry and you will receive an insurance quote.

How do I book transport?
You fill in the online enquiry in two steps, receive a personalised quote within 2 working hours, and once confirmed, loading is arranged within 24 hours. Send us an enquiry.
