We do not publish a price list, and neither does any serious forwarder — the same pallet costs differently to Hamburg and to a village in Bavaria, in June and in December, with a tail-lift and without. What we do publish is exactly how the price is built, so that your request comes back with a firm number within 2 working hours.

The six things that set the price

Quantity

Number and type of pallets — or weight and volume, whichever is greater. 1 Euro pallet, 5 Euro pallets and a full truck (33 Euro pallets / 13.6 m) are three different prices per pallet.

Lane and addresses

The country and the exact addresses: a distribution hub near a motorway is cheaper than a mountain village with a 3.5 t restriction. Postcodes are enough for the quote.

Deadline

Groupage on the scheduled line is the cheapest; express van or a dedicated truck for a fixed date costs more.

Regime

Refrigerated, ADR, oversize — each adds equipment, permits or restrictions.

Handling

Tail-lift, timed delivery, booked DC slot, inside delivery, non-stackable freight.

Customs

Inside the EU — none. Serbia, North Macedonia, Turkey, the UK — export and import declarations, duties and VAT according to the Incoterms.

Frequently asked questions

Why no price per pallet?

Because it would mislead you: the price per pallet to Germany differs by region, by season and by whether you ship one pallet or ten. A number on a website is either too high to be competitive or too low to be honest.

How fast do I get a quote?

Within 2 hours in working time (Mon–Fri 9–18) for standard groupage and full loads; oversize and ADR need a route or regime check and may take longer.

Is the quote binding?

Yes — for the shipment as described and the dates agreed. If the goods differ at collection (more pallets, heavier, not stackable), we tell you before the truck leaves.

Is customs included?

For Serbia, North Macedonia, Turkey and the UK we quote the customs work separately and show it on the offer; duties and VAT follow the Incoterms you choose.
