Temperature-controlled transport

Reefer trailers run at a set temperature for the whole journey and record it, so the receiver gets a readout rather than an assurance. This is what food producers and pharmaceutical distributors need in order to accept the goods at all.

Practical limits

• A reefer trailer takes 33 europallets rather than 34 — the insulated walls cost one pallet position
• Mixed loads are only possible when every consignment tolerates the same temperature
• Frozen and chilled are different services; tell us which you need

What we need to quote

The required temperature range, whether it is chilled or frozen, the number of pallets, and whether the receiving site has a loading dock or needs a tail lift.
