Bulgaria ↔ Europe · both directions

Groupage transport from Bulgaria to Europe — from one pallet

5.0 on Google · read the reviews

Your 1–10 pallets travel in a shared truck on a scheduled line — you pay for your space, not for the whole vehicle. Larger consignments go as a part load; 33 Euro pallets or 13.6 m as a dedicated truck. Germany, Italy, Greece, Poland, Romania, Austria, Czechia, Hungary and, with customs, Serbia, North Macedonia and Turkey — and the same lines back to Bulgaria.

How groupage works

  1. You send the shipment details; we confirm the price and the next departure within 2 working hours.
  2. Collection from your address or delivery to our warehouse; the pallets are consolidated with other shipments to the same country.
  3. Departure on the scheduled day, transit 1–6 working days depending on the country, delivery to the consignee's door with a signed CMR.
  4. Documents: invoice and packing list; the CMR you can create for free on this site; for Serbia, North Macedonia and Turkey we do the export and import declarations.

Where we run groupage lines

Transit times, departures and customs for each country:

What determines the price

Number and type of pallets (or weight and volume — the greater is charged), collection and delivery addresses, deadline, temperature or ADR regime, and the customs work for non-EU countries. There is no fixed tariff — send the details and we quote groupage, part load and full truck side by side when they compete.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum shipment?

One pallet — or even a few boxes on a pallet. Below that, the express van service is usually the better fit.

How long does groupage take?

Greece and Romania 1–3 working days, Germany, Austria, Czechia, Hungary and Poland 2–5, Italy 4–6 standard (2–3 express). Exact dates are confirmed with your quote.

Can I send refrigerated or ADR goods as groupage?

Yes — chilled and ambient-controlled goods on the refrigerated lines, packaged dangerous goods of classes 3, 8 and 9 with ADR-trained drivers. Frozen, mixed regimes and incompatible classes need a dedicated vehicle.

Do you also import from Europe to Bulgaria?

Yes — every line runs both ways; a pallet from Germany or Italy to Bulgaria goes the same way, with the same documents.

Do I pay before or after?

Business clients receive an invoice with the agreed payment terms after delivery; new clients may be asked for payment before departure on the first shipment.
