Terms and Conditions for Use of the Cargo1.bg Website and Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Cargo1.bg website and the terms under which transport and logistics services are provided by Cargo1.bg. By using our website or by submitting a request for a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Subject Matter of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Cargo1.bg and the users of the website, as well as the customers using the transport and logistics services provided by the company.
2. Services Offered by Cargo1.bg
- International and domestic freight transport.
- Refrigerated transport for temperature-sensitive goods.
- Transport of dangerous goods in accordance with the ADR regulations.
- Logistics solutions, including storage and consignment management.
- Consultancy and assistance with customs procedures.
3. Service Requests
3.1. Services are requested through the online enquiry form or by contacting Cargo1.bg directly by email or telephone.
3.2. A request is deemed accepted only after confirmation by Cargo1 by email or telephone.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Prices are determined individually according to the type and specifics of the cargo, the route and the volume.
4.2. Payment is made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. Cargo1.bg reserves the right to charge additional fees in the event of changes to the requested service, including changes to the cargo, the route or the time frame for performance.
5. Obligations of the Customer
5.1. The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date information about the cargo, including its characteristics, weight, volume and specific requirements.
5.2. When transporting dangerous goods, the customer is obliged to provide all necessary documents and markings in accordance with the ADR regulations.
6. Liability
6.1. Cargo1.bg is liable for damages, loss of or damage to the cargo within the limits set out in the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road).
6.2. The company is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, customs delays or other circumstances beyond its control.
7. Cancellation and Additional Costs
7.1. In the event of cancellation of the service after its confirmation, Cargo1.bg reserves the right to charge compensation in accordance with the previously agreed terms.
7.2. The customer bears all additional costs arising from incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information or unprepared documents.
8. Protection of Personal Data
8.1. Cargo1.bg processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
8.2. Personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
8.3. Cargo1 applies technical and organisational measures for the protection of data in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Cargo1.bg reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. All changes will be published on the website and take effect from the moment of publication. We recommend that you review them periodically.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes that arise shall first be resolved through negotiations between the parties. Where this is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
